Project Developer
Prior to joining American Shoreline, Jeff lived and worked in New York as a freelance writer, marketing consultant and web development consultant, starting his own media consulting company, Neves Media Strategies in 2007, which assisted traditional print media publishers, such as Texas Fish & Game Magazine, the largest outdoor sporting publication in Texas, in making the transition to web based distribution. Jeff has extensive business development and marketing experience, helping found and build Houston based direct mail and subscription services company, Action Fulfillment, in 2006. He also served as the Fulfillment Manager at Texas Fish & Game and was the contributing editor of the Texas Lakes & Bays Fishing Atlas and has been a regular contributing art and literary critic for Austin’s Tribeca Magazine. Before working in Houston and New York, Jeff was a member of the Patent Prosecution Department at the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski in Austin, Texas. As Project Developer, Jeff handles leasing negotiations, land and legal matters and assists with contracting, development and financial issues on all of the Amshore Wind Projects in the U.S. and Mexico.
Jeff received a degree in Government and Business from the University of Texas in 2004. Jeff is an active member of the Texas Exes Alumni Association, the Phi Delta Theta Alumni Organization, the Paramount & State Theatre Fund and the Alley Theatre Supporters. Jeff has also performed standup comedy for four years on the national club circuit in Chicago, New York, Austin and Houston and continues to do shows occasionally in Corpus. In his free time Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and friends and family in his hometown of Marble Falls in the Texas Hill Country.
